Dr. Kashkouli

Melika Kashkouli, DMD, is the caring and skilled dentist behind Prestige Family Dentistry in Beaverton, Oregon. Dr. Kashkouli offers Beaverton area patients sleep apnea treatment, veneers, clear braces including Invisalign®, resin fillings, CEREC® crowns, TMJ treatment, and much more. Dr. Kashkouli aims to make a true difference in patients’ lives through compassionate and dedicated dentistry, and she values patients like members of the family.

Dr. Kashkouli attended Portland Community College and Portland State University, both in Portland, Oregon. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) at the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry, located in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Kashkouli graduated with honors, and earned a coveted membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society.

As part of her commitment to her patients, Dr. Kashkouli regularly pursues continuing education opportunities. She’s a perfectionist, so she also works to expand her cosmetic dentistry skills and knowledge to help patients achieve the smile they want.

Dr. Kashkouli has dentistry in her blood, as she grew up watching her aunt practice dentistry. Today, Dr. Kashkouli is a busy mom who loves to cook and read in her spare time. She speaks both Farsi and English, and interpreters are available for other languages.

Dr. Mazareei

Dr. Mazareei is a general dentist who is passionate about the dental health and aesthetic appeal of her patients. She takes pride in offering the finest in patient care and services to each and every patient individually. After receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Dr. Mazareei made the cross country move to the Pacific Northwest to kickstart her career and start practicing what she loves best. Having a caring and nurturing approach is a big part of Dr. Mazareei’s practice philosophy, and with her gentle touch, she helps create a comfortable environment for all her patients, especially ones who may have dental anxiety. Dr. Mazareei enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, photography, and going on hikes with her sweet dog Cosmo.

Dianne

Registered Dental Hygenist

Born and raised on the Big Island in Hawaii, Diane relocated to Oregon for college when she decided to pursue a degree in dental hygiene. She graduated in 2010 from Pacific University’s rigorous dental hygiene program. She is known as Prestige Family Dentistry’s smiley and outgoing registered dental hygienist and enjoys educating patients on their home oral health care techniques, as well as discussing ways to improve or maintain great gum health. Dianne’s mission is to get to know all of the Prestige patients personally and make them feel like part of the family.

Dianne enjoys spending her free time with friends and her dog, Kenna. She loves the outdoor life and enjoys a hard workout at the gym.

Jamie

Office Coordinator

Jamie graduated with her dental assisting degree in 2007. She came to Prestige Family Dentistry in 2013, with seven-plus years of dental office administration experience at both multigroup and dental-specialty offices. As the practice’s full-time office manager, Jamie is the friendly face at the front desk whom patients see first. Her primary goal is to streamline the patient experience through efficient scheduling and by answering any questions patients might have about their appointment, treatment, or insurance options.

Born and raised in Oregon, Jamie’s hobbies include spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys trips to the beach, camping, snowboarding, and college football.

Tanisha

Lead Dental Assistant/ EFDA

Tanisha graduated from Concord Dental Assisting School in 2011 and was immediately recruited by a chain dental office upon graduation. She joined Dr. Kashkouli’s team in 2016 as a Lead Dental Assistant. Tanisha has a vibrant personality and prides herself on the quality care she gives to her patients. She works hand in hand with Dr. Kashkouli to provide excellent dentistry to patients of all ages. Tanisha goes the “extra mile” to make sure patients leave with a smile.

Tanisha was born in Seattle and raised in St. Helen’s. She lives in Tualatin with her cat Alani and her boyfriend, Eric. She loves to cook and attend car shows and drag races in her spare time. She also enjoys volunteering at church as well as in the local community. Her “bucket list” includes a trip to Italy and her goals for the future are to get back to the gym to stay fit.

Sophie

Chief Mascot Officer

Sophie was born in Oregon City on September 10, 2018. She is a purebred Toy Australian Shepherd, and came into our family in October.

She likes to beg for food (whether she is hungry or not), play tug-o-war with any object that makes noise, and play “let’s massage me” when she sees someone . She also enjoys short walks on the sidewalk, relaxing piano and opera music, and occasionally watches the Nat Geo Wild channel.

She is single (and not looking), although she recently changed her relationship status to Complicated. She hopes to be a productive member of society by helping reduce anxiety for our patients who enjoy her company.
